One thing I can tell you is that I recently was confirmed in something I suspected. Coconut water is CHOCK FULL of electrolytes!! Eating one a day (which is pretty cheap at $2 each) is one of the healthiest things you can do for yourself...electrolytes, healthy fat, liquid that is = to blood...I mean, it's an instant YES!! And, I know you know this all already...but guess what? When I was in Nicaragua, I noticed that my body stayed cooler (i.e. didn't sweat) as much as the others there. I think it was because of the electrolytes! I think this would help you with any dizziness, etc. and perk up your blood sugar!!<BR/><BR/>Love you, Kelly<BR/><BR/>P.S.
