3 Birthday Parties and I managed to do about 50% raw
I was 100% til the last one when I had a veggie burger with a lot of watermelon and other raw stuff too. I was thinking I did 50%.. but I think I did closer to 80% for the day. Let's say 70% just to be safe. That burger was pretty bulky. They had white buns and that is probably what is making me feel really sleepy.
SO here is what I ate today: (Thanks, Blog, for holding me accountable)
Breakfast- pear, cilantro, grape smoothie
Snacks and Lunch- carrots, celery, strawberries, pineapple, cashews, lara bar
Dinner- Veggie burger with veggies on a white bun ... watermelon, carrots, etc
So much fun.. took in lots of fresh air and friendship. Astrid had a blast of a day and is already crashed out.. now for me to follow!
